Weld In riser Spuds
These can be used by anyone making there own set of t-bars or similar custom handlebars that don't use a riser clamp. They are welded on the inside of a piece of .120" wall tubing and provide the correct 1/2" dia bolt size for mounting to factory bushings. These are the same inserts we use in all of our welded t-bars and T-bar DIY kits. The inserts are tapped all the way through giving you a full 1.5" of thread for extra strength.
For 1" and 1 1/4" tube
Made of 1018 Mild Steel
Tapped all the way through to accept 1/2" x 13 thread hardware. 1.5" long
.750" dia to fit into 1" x .120 or 1" dia to to fit into 1.25" x .120
