This is for those of you who need to make a new mount to hold your licence plate. This Backing plate comes CNC cut to fit the same outer radius as most licence plate trim rings and holes already in the correct locations to mount the lic plate and trim rings. You can weld on whatever type of mounting you wish to the back side of the plate to fit your needs. The plate is made of extra thick 1/8" mild steel to hold up to any abuse you throw at it. These are ment for the later style licence plates. Ther is a 1-1/4" long tab with a 3/8 hole already in it for universal mounting of any light with a stud style mount, it is very common to use with a dual filiment turn signal housing.
