Chrome Moly Heim Joint These are Chrome Moly heim joints used commonly in the bike industry for shifter rods. These are the common thread 5/16x24 used in most Factory HD and aftermarket shifter rods. They can also be used when making your own linkage for tank style jockey shifters or other foot control applications. These stailess joints are made for industrial use and hold up longer than most of the zink or chrome plated ones usually seen. The larger body of the chrome moly housing leads to a much sronger joint.
