Any item sold By Big D'zigns can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Your account or other form of payment will be credited within 5 days of receipt of the product. We will refund the product cost only and will not refund shipping or pay for retun shipment if the the parts that were ordered were received. Any used or parts damaged from suspected misuse will not be accepted for a refund.
