PRODUCT RETURNS

Any item sold By Big D'zigns can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the product cost only and will not refund shipping or pay for return shipping unless the parts that were ordered were received in error on our behalf. Custom orders are not available for return.  

  • ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND NEW CONDITION. 
  • ANY USED, WORN, INSTALLED OR DAMAGED PARTS FROM SUSPECTED MISUSE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR A REFUND. 
  • ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE  

 

If you need to return or exchange an item(s), please refer to the instructions below.

 1.  Box up the item with all original packing.         

2.  Include a copy of the order invoice, packing slip or print a copy of this page and include it with your return:

Please note: Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise. We are not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be paid by customer. We recommend that you insure your package or send it via traceable method. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 business days. It may take up to one full billing cycle for the refund to post to your account depending on the financial institution/credit merchant policy. PRODUCT EXCHANGE

To exchange a product, please use the return form above to ship back your item to be exchanged. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a store credit and email instructions how to complete the exchange process.  If you have any questions, email us at sales@fab4all.com.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

In stock items ship from our CA warehouse in 1-5 days. Custom orders are subject to a longer ship time depending on the product and will be notified of the lead time upon ordering or is noted in our product descriptions.  Smaller items will ship USPS priority mail; larger items will ship UPS Ground.  Shipping costs must be paid in full before your order will ship from our warehouse.  All international orders will generally ship USPS priority mail.  We are not responsible for lost, unreturned or undeliverable items to those who provide us with an incorrect address.  If an item is returned for incorrect or incomplete address, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for re-shipping to a correct address.
