Returns & Replacements        

Any item sold By Big D'zigns can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Your account or other original form of payment will be credited within 5 business days of receipt of the product. We will refund the product cost only and will not refund shipping or pay for return shipping unless the parts that were ordered were received in error on our behalf. Any used, worn, installed or damaged parts from suspected misuse will not be accepted for a refund. Custom orders are not available for return.

  •  ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN NEW CONDITION (INCLUDING HARDWARE COMPONENTS, PARTS AND OR ACCESSORIES).
  • ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST NOT BE SCRATCHED, WORN, INSTALLED OR DAMAGED DUE TO WEAR, MISUSE AND OR INSTALLATION.

If you need to return or exchange an item(s), please refer to the instructions below.

1.  Box up the item with all original packing.         

2.  Include a copy of the order or packing slip inside the return box or print a copy of this email and include it with       your return:

Please note: Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise. We are not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be paid by customer. We recommend that you insure your return or send it in a traceable method. Shipping Policy

In stock items ship from our CA warehouse in 1-5 days, custom orders are subject to longer times to ship depending on the product and will be notified of the lead time upon ordering.  Smaller items will ship USPS priority mail, larger items will ship UPS Ground.  Shipping costs must be paid in full before your order will ship from our warehouse.  All international orders will ship USPS priority mail.  We are not responsible for lost, unreturned or undeliverable items to those who provide us with an incorrect address.  If an item is returned for incorrect or incomplete address, it is the customers responsibility to pay for re-shipping to a correct address.
