Brass Filler Cap and Bung
Filler Cap and bung these are most commonly used for oil tanks or any other fluid container such as an overflow tank that does not need to be vented. We make a vented version of these filler necks as well. The kit comes with a weld in bung made from the material of your choice. The cap seals against the bung with a replaceable rubber o-ring that is installed on the cap
- 1.250 x 12 threaded bung
- The O.D. of the cap is 1 5/8"
- The O.D. of the bung flange is 1.75" and the stepped down section is 1.5"
- Weld-In Bung available in Mild Steel 6061-t6 Aluminum or 304 Stainless Steel
- The cap is made from 360 Brass
- Substitute Stainless or Aluminum bung for $3.00
