PLEASE NOTE:   Any item sold By Big D'zigns can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the product cost only and will not refund shipping or pay for return shipping unless the parts that were ordered were received in error on our behalf. Custom orders are not available for return.

  • Any used, worn, installed or damaged parts from INSTALLATION OR suspected misuse will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise. We are not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be paid by customer. We recommend that you insure your package or send it via traceable method. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 -7 business days. SHIPPING POLICY In stock items ship from our CA warehouse in 1-5 days. Made to order & custom orders are subject to a longer ship time, depending on the product and will be notified of the lead time upon ordering or noted in our product descriptions. Smaller items will ship USPS priority mail; larger items will ship UPS Ground. Shipping costs must be paid in full before your order will ship from our warehouse. All international orders will generally ship USPS priority mail. We are not responsible for lost, unreturned or undeliverable items to those who provide us with an incorrect address.
