2). Ship back the item(s) you want to exchange and a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2.) Once the returned item(s) have been received in our warehouse, a store credit will be issued to your online account within 5-7 business days. Store credit can be applied to a future purchase(s).


3). Box up the item with all original packing.         

4). Include a copy of the order invoice, packing slip or print a copy of this page and include it with your return or exchange:

PLEASE NOTE: Any item sold By Big D'zigns can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will refund only the product cost and will not refund shipping or pay for return shipping unless the parts ordered were received in error on our behalf. Custom orders are not available for return.

  • Any used, worn, installed or damaged parts from installation OR suspected misuse will NOT be accepted.

 Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise. We are not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be paid by customer. We recommend that you insure your package or send it via traceable method. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 -7 business days. It may take up to one full billing cycle for the refund to post to your account depending on the financial institution/credit merchant policy.  If you have any questions, please email us at

SHIPPING POLICY  In stock items ship from our CA warehouse in 1-5 days. Made to order & custom orders are subject to a longer ship time, depending on the product and will be notified of the lead time upon ordering or noted in our product descriptions.  Smaller items will ship USPS priority mail; larger items will ship UPS Ground OR FedEx.  Shipping costs must be paid in full before your order will ship from our warehouse.  All international orders will generally ship DHL Int'l, UPS or USPS priority mail.  Dealer accounts can be setup to bill to their own shipping carrier account upon request. We are not responsible for lost, unreturned or undeliverable items to those who provide us with an incorrect address.  If an item is returned for incorrect or incomplete address, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for re-shipping to a correct address.
